What are your hourly rates and diagnostic fee? Could you provide a quote over the phone?

A

Each project carries its own obstacles and requirements. For this reason we do not offer over the phone quotes. We recommend having one of our licensed professionals evaluate the site, where we can provide tailored options to satisfy your electrical needs. Our Site Assessment Fee is $40 (non-refundable) which is credited to your service.

Do you provide service in my area?

We primarily service the south suburbs and surrounding areas of Chicago.

Can a 120Volt Outlet Be converted to a 240Volt?

A

In most cases, the required 240volt equipment also demand higher amperage to operate safely and efficiently. A standard 120volt cannot meet the safety and performance requirements

What is a GFCI outlet?

A

GFCI is short for ground fault circuit interrupter, it is a special outlet that shuts off if it detects a difference between electrical current. Most commonly installed in bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces

How do I know it's time to replace my electrical system?

A

When its time to replace your electrical system, you will start expercieng issues such as flickering lights. breakers tripping excessively, dimming lights, buzzing noises from electrical devices and outdated wiring (cloth wiring, knob-and-tube)
